October's Image Story

This month’s Dolphin Studio Calendar image of droplets hitting the water's surface while golden-hour canoeing brings quiet, crisp fresh-air vibes.

Being outdoors in nature is an important part of my well-being.  Paddling with my friend/neighbor Meredyth on one of our pristine local lakes highlights memories of this season.

Early memories of overnight canoe adventures as a kid with my good friend Sarah’s family celebrating birthdays at fireside campsites, singing into the night.  

This is my second nod to my love of canoes and canoeing.  Back in June of 2005 was my first calendar image featuring one…

Missing the outdoors now as I heal from a knee injury (torn meniscus) on crutches.  Working hard to banish frustration and focus on healing, with stillness, rest and appreciation for my normal ease of mobility.
