OUR SHIPMENT OF BOXES
We order our boxes in bulk about once every two years. Well, guess what showed up at 7:30 on Monday morning…13 pallets of boxes! Picture this: 3 girls, 5,000 boxes, and a dream to fit them all into our storage unit while still leaving a path to the back (which, of course, is already filled with, you guessed it, more boxes). It turned into quite the morning workout, but it feels so good to be fully stocked again after a few weeks of running really low.

Here are a few shots of the process, from collecting to bagging to boxing each calendar with care
THE STORY BEHIND SEPTEMBER 2025

This week’s post shares the story behind our September 2025 calendar design, written by my mom, Sofia. She reflects on the inspiration and process that went into creating this month’s artwork, and it’s such a special glimpse into the heart of our family’s work.

PEACH JAM
Crispina spent her Tuesday night making peach jam, and I was lucky enough to get a jar! She makes all kinds of jams and salsas, always vegan, low in sugar, and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed mine on a bagel, while Crispina loves stirring hers into vegan yogurt. The recipe she used is this Maple Vanilla Peach Jam from Pomona’s Pectin: https://pomonapectin.com/maple-vanilla-peach-jam/ — it even uses a vegan-friendly pectin.
