The month of March was designed by me, myself, and I. The image represents lightbulbs, each unique from the others. Their filaments add a touch of intricate detail. I chose this image for March because, in the Northern Hemisphere, we turn our clocks ahead an hour, allowing daylight to stretch further into the evening. Lightbulbs have been essential from early fall until mid-March when we finally welcome the spring equinox.
The first day of spring arrived on Thursday, and it was truly glorious. The sun shone brightly, and puffy white clouds drifted gracefully across the sky. But this morning, I woke up to snow on the ground. Half-asleep, I double-checked to make sure I wasn’t imagining things—and sure enough, there it was. Thankfully, with today’s spring sun shining, it won’t last long.
I hope you’re enjoying the touch of spring as much as we are here in the Berkshires. Let the light continue to shine this month and throughout the year.
Warmly,
Sofia
