EARLY- BIRD The 2027 Dolphin Studio Calendar

The 2027 Dolphin Studio Calendar is the 56th consecutive edition of what has become our signature product.  It consists of 13 hand silkscreened prints — 12 months and a cover. Each monthly image is designed by a ffrench family member and carefully hand printed in The Berkshires (western Massachusetts) by our family with a little help from our friends. (We bow down to our print team.)

Many of our tried-and-true calendar collectors don't look ahead at the upcoming months, choosing rather, to cherish the surprise as the first of each month rolls around. Because of this, we don’t picture images of our upcoming year’s calendar in our marketing materials.  The images in this listing are from past years.

Artists include Crispina ffrench, and her kids Lucy (20) and Violet (19), Sofia Hughes and her daughters Lily (26) and Jamie (19). Also included are reprints of vintage months designed by John and Primm ffrench (our parents/grandparents and founders of The Dolphin Studio) and images to honor our sister/aunt Felicitas, and Crispina’s son, Ben are added to the mix.

The calendar is 12x24 inches and comes with a bulldog clip for hanging.  We use water based inks on a mix of beautiful papers opting for high recycled content in an effort to make our process as environmentally friendly as possible. 

We feel blessed to carry our family tradition forward and are very happy to know that our calendar has become a family tradition for so many of our customers and friends as well.
