Actually doing the upcycling. Making product and selling my work. Not only does this allow for me to have salable merchandise, it offers me an opportunity to develop a making process to teach. Summer Blanket production is in full swing in my tiny studio where worn out jeans, dress shirts, blouses, work pants and sun dresses are being transformed into a whole collection of brand new product.
